Reading 2 Kings 23 for Friday, June 20th. Josiah established the Passover and brought back purity by removing pagan gods and priests, then he died in battle and was succeeded by another king who returned Israel to more idol worship.

2 Kings 22

Reading 2 Kings 22 for Thursday, June 19th. Josiah is king at 8 years old. He tore his robes in grief after hearing the words of the law.

Reading 2 Kings 21 for Wednesday, June 18th. Kings were bad, and then when a certain king was assassinated, the people rose up to king Josiah instead of the assassin.

Reading 2 Kings 20 for Tuesday, June 17th. Hezekiah got sick and was going to die, but God spared him and made a shadow go backwards. Hezekiah’s offspring was predicted to be enslaved to Babylon, but he was glad that there would be peace in his lifetime.
