Are some people supposed to lead, while others follow?
Is it better to lead, or follow?
Is it harder for you to follow, than lead?
Is it difficult to respect some leaders?

John 12:42-12:43 “Yet at the same time many even among the leaders believed in him. But because of the Pharisees they would not confess their faith for fear they would be put out of the synagogue;
for they loved praise from men more than praise from God.”
What does the Bible mention about Leaders?
Hebrews 13:7 “Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.”
Hebrews 13:17 “Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you.”
‘Your’ leaders is what I would like to emphasize. If they leaders are yours, why should you not follow them? Of course, don’t just follow any leader, but those which are yours. Have you resisted following a leader, just because you did not agree with their style, although they still had your trust? That kind of stubbornness is wrong.
