What does it mean to be physically pure? Is there more than one way to define this?
People who give in to sexual temptations are looking for ways to justify themselves, so they think, "I can touch my girlfriend/boyfriend in an intimate manner as long as I don't have sex with them" "Or this is not technically sex, so it's not so bad to do – it could be worse." When you compare yourself with a large population of peers who don't think it's a big deal, your evaluation is far from God's and that's not a secure way to direct your life.
