Reading 1 Kings 21 for Saturday, May 17th. Naboth is killed by the false testimony of scoundrels, because of Jezebel’s instructions on behalf of the king. The king took possession of Naboth’s vineyard and was confronted and cursed by Ejijah about the malicious actions he was benefitting from.
