Have you read a verse in the Bible that impressed you to want to do something differently?
Philippians 4:8 "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things."
Challenge: find a verse that strikes you and write it down and keep it in a pocket, and memorize it by saying it over and over from time to time. It will prove useful in the future.
