Reading Genesis 16 for Thursday, January 19th. Sarai conceived a plan to have children through adding a second wife for Abram, but it was not God’s plan. 

Reading Genesis 15 for Wednesday, January 18th. God makes a covenant with Abram and tells him about the future of his offspring. 

Reading Genesis 14 for Tuesday, January 17th. Abram rescues Lot and gives a tenth to Melchizedek. 

Reading Genesis 13 for Monday, January 16th. Abram and Lot decide to part ways. God then blesses Abram and t Los him that all the land he could see would belong to his uncountable offspring. 

Reading Genesis 12 for Saturday, January 14, 2017. God declares that anyone who blesses Abram will be blessed and anyone who curses Abram will be cursed. Then Abram asks Sarai to lie about their relationship because he was afraid of Pharaoh wanting to kill him for her.
