Today I read

Romans 16:

Paul greets many believers and acknowledges their faith and reliability. He encourages them to greet each other with a holy kiss. Then he warns them to keep away from those who cause divisions and introduce obstacles to their faith and unity. He reminds them also that God will soon crush Satan under their feet.

I listened to and read along with (Week 16, Day 76) of the Immerse Reading plan.

Revelation 4:

A throne with God sitting on it being worshipped by beings around Him, some that are quite unusual, but have partial similarities to some aspects of natural earthly animals.

Revelation 5:

The Lamb who was slain shows up and is the only one worthy to open a scroll with seven seals. He is also worshipped.

Revelation 6:

The first seal is opened and a white horse with a rider shows up to gain victory. The second seal is opened and a red horse and rider arrives to bring war and slaughter. The third seal is opened and a black horse and rider arrives to bring news of economic change. The fourth seal is opened and it brings a pale green horse and rider to bring death to 1/4 of the earth through various ways. The fifth seal was opened which allowed the martyrs to ask how much longer until judgement happens, and are told just a little longer until the last of the martyrs have joined them, and they are also given white robes. The sixth seal being broken brought an earthquake and the sun to go dark, the moon to become red, the stars fell like tree fruit, the sky was rolled up, and the mountains and islands were moved from their places. Everyone was afraid and hid for fear of judgement from the one who sits on the throne and the wrath of the Lamb.

Revelation 7:

Angels brought another seal out, but were told to wait until the 144,000 people who died in a great tribulation were first marked with the seal of God. These people (also wearing white robes) and the angels all worshipped God.
